| Okey, I was playing Der riese the other day and i noticed as i was trying to get fast flyer acievment that the box to the right off the mainframe was smoking... Anybody got anything on this? I dont know if im repeating a thread, i dont really even know if this is anything but maybe if you use th teleporter so much the box might explode leaving a passage or somat... I have no idea but just thought id tell you guys |

| I have never heard of this but i do believe you. Also i have heard of a power overload where you used the teleporters, box, electric barriers, and pap ALOT in one round than possibly it may cause a power overload..Has not been tested though. |

| well using teleporters and fences doesnt cause an overload. that has been tried by a few different people. how else would you spen fifty grand when you run out of ammo and are the last one standing? you run in circles using fences and teles |

| ya i know...just a possibility...you would also have to PAP alot and use the box alot. |

| yeah, papping and boxing is kinda hard when running from 24 zoms in various states and 4- 8 dogs when you are the last one and out of ammo. haha..... so i could see it being very difficult to do all of them alot at once. |

| ya i am saying that they do it when you have a crawler on round 38 and you have 80,000 points. |

| ya lol me too...i have made it to round 34 and had over 100,000 points...IDK though it varies on the person. |

| yeah, im usually stuck with guarding a window for my buds because they are all too chicken-s**t to guard them instead.... not that i am complaining, cause i still kill me some zoms... lol |

| Hmm, Smoking machinarey. SImiliar to machinery spurting great beams of electricity :p This photo was on the cod5 website accompanying some intel regarding the fly trap. The little bit of machinery that sits behind the original box location, it usually sparks and glows. But there\'s a been going up in the intel pic.. Is this relevant to the smoking machinery?? [img] [/img] The only possible explanation is that a person is standing there, and shot rhe DG2 into the sky. But really, wouldn\'t we see him, wouldn\'t the zombies be eating him and why would he shoot into the air in a picture for the cod5 forums? [img] [/img] Exhibit A - Peices of brown wood are seen IN FRONT of the strange beam. These peices of wood are what make up the roof of the room with Juggernog inside. Thus, the light seems to be going through the JuggerNog room roof. Exhibit B - A faint blue light can be seen, which signifies the presence of the box. This disproves that the box is moving. The strange beam would have to be amidst the faint blue light in order for it to be the boxing moving. Also, at Exhibit B, nobody is standing there, thus it's not the product of the WWDG2 Exhibit C - We can see the switch to the bridge defence is currently inactive, yet there is no current electricity being emitted. This meens, that the bridge had just finished incinerating zombies Exhibit D - A dead dog. This meens that it's at least round 5 or more. Please stop saying it's the box moving, it's just been disproved :S And sorry slave, I'm only allowed to keep editing for certain obscure reasons

| this guy is talking about a box to the right of the mainframe. not the generator. wait a sec.... i just noticed, that electricity is over by the jugg.....not the gen. wtf? that lightning bolt is too thick to be a WW bolt. Eerie...... how is SMOKING BOXES similar to Sparking electrical machines? not counting that sparks can cause fires, and the such. |

"at the strange beam, you can see some brown things in front of it. That is the roof to the juggernog area," that is the box. you can see the corner

Exhibit C -The light stays red for 15-30 seconds giving the zombies time to get back on top of you. Exhibit D - A dead dog. | I forgot about the box being more recessed than the switch. and that camera angle is a crappy angle. perspective can make things seem farther or closer depending on where its at. skateboard vids can prove that. |

| isnt the lightening strike just a dog spawning? because wve 16 and above have dogs mixed into your zombies and they spawn like that |

| yeah, Seems liike the bolt when the dog spawns. Maybes someones up there and the dog spawned... But im on about the box near the mainframe Not the random box... The box looks like the flytrap one but its to the left off the mainframe... |

| one thing- the top of the PAP smokes. that must be what you saw, because I dont even think there is a box next to the mainframe. tyson, good to see you got reinstated, but what does the picture of lightning have to do with the smoke? now we are off topic. |

The mainframe is where the PAP machine is, so technically there would be no difference. the Box in question is where everyone starts at the beginging, it sits on that rail. it used to cause people to get stuck on it. sometimes people still do. but mostly not, cause most ppl dont camp at the mainframe. I always assumed that the box in question was the control panel for controlling the Linking and opening the door on the PAP machine. the character would press a button to link a tele, and while there they would press another set of buttons to try to open the PAP door. and since that control panal is connected to the electrical system, after it is used and all that electricity flows everywhere, it is reasonable that it would be smoking. Okay, I would have to say that that stray lightning bolt would not be the box now, because i forgot about the dogs, so it seems more likely that it would be a dog spawn. problem solved. that fixes Tysonrays problem with that dang sidetracking and off topic picture. |
