Yesterday, November 8th, 2009 – a date which will live an imfamy – The United Fans of Modern Warfare 2 were suddenly and deliberately attacked by the lying and unfair community manager of Infinity Ward.

The United Fans of Modern Warfare 2 were at peace with this company and at the solicitation of Infinity Ward, were still in conversation with its community manager and designers looking toward the fairness of the release.

Indeed, less than 8 days after being told stats were going to be reset for all, the community manager Robert Bowling wrote to our well known friends a formal reply to a recent WePlayCoD message. And while this reply stated that it seemed useless to keep his promise of the earlier decision, it contained no threat or hint of a lie such as this.

It will be recorded that the unfairness of Day 1 to Day -14 makes it obvious that the attack was deliberately planned many days or even weeks ago. During the intervening time, Infinity Ward has deliberately sought to deceive The United Fans of Modern Warfare 2 by false statements and expressions of hope for continued evenness.

The attack earlier on the twitter world has caused severe damage to MW2 fans and friends. I regret to tell you that very many pre-orders have been lost. In addition, PC gamers have been reported to be further screwed over as release day inches closer.

Infinity Ward has, therefore, undertaken a surprise offensive extending throughout the Call of Duty community. The facts of yesterday and today speak for themselves. The people of the United Fans of Modern Warfare 2 have already formed their opinions and well understand the implications to the very life and safety of our video game.

As a fan of MW2, I have directed that all measures be taken for our defense. But always will our whole community remember the character of the onslaught against us.

No matter how long it may take us to overcome this premeditated unevenness, the players in their righteous might will win through to absolute fairness.

I believe that I interpret the will of the fans and enthusiast when I assert that we will not only defend ourselves to the uttermost, but will make it very certain that this form of treachery shall never again endanger us.

Unfairness exists. There is no blinking at the fact that our perks, our killstreaks, and our weapons are in grave unbalanced form.
With confidence in our controllers, with the unbounding determination of our players, we will gain the inevitable triumph -- so help us God.

I ask that the community declare that since the unprovoked and dastardly attack by Robert Bowling on Sunday, November 8th, 2009, a state of imbalance has existed between the legal players and the non-legal players.
