I have an issue with the way members treat other new members. I do not care if you have been a member here for 4 months or 4 hours, everyone has the same rights and deserves the same amount of respect. I am tired of seeing members post things in threads down talking new members. Nobody wants to dig through 4 months of threads and posts. So everyone needs to lighten up. So someone makes a repeat topic, big deal, you don't have to post in it you can just let it die.

What I am trying to say is that I am sick and tired of new members being treated poorly and what not because they post a thread that might have been posted already.

We have a lot of people that join on a daily basis, this forum is growing very quickly, how do you think it makes this forum look when everyone who is new gets treated like crap.

Anything I see that is disrespectful or RUDE to a new member will be noted, and warnings given out.
