MW2 Update 1.02 Kills MP Online.

Not good times here haha waiting for my game to work again. was fine before patch after it nobody can accesss oline multiplayer

Ive heard reports now that IW will fix it and the friend invites same time with a patch on friday :/

Developer Infinity Ward this week issued a new update to patch a Trophy error in Activision Inc.'s CoD Modern Warfare 2 SKU for Sony Corp.'s Playstation 3.

In the error, Trophy accomplishments did not unlock. The new patch is said to correct the error.

In addition, Infinity Ward said that it will release a patch this Friday to address a Party Invite error that occurred due to the overwhelming number of users on the Playstation Network server.

The multiplayer mode in the PS3 version of MW2 was completely out of action for some reason, Infinity Ward’s Robert Bowling has stated that the servers went down due to a traffic overload. It was fixed recently.

MEh... I don't care which system's bettter anymore.. It's all a matter of opinion.







but if you do get xbox, you end up paying MORE then the ps3 for online services. Example: PS3=$350. Xbox 360 Elite: $ 300. PLus the cost of online= $$$$$$

That is a major 1st as i have never in my life heard of somebody who has or had a ps3 ever turn towards an xbox and i know i never will but yh i hear so many people turn to ps3 after their xbox breaks or get expensive or they generally prefer a better console ;D but never the other way round which is kinda funny and it sorta makes my day haha

P.S. Have fun with the xbox 360 itll be free for you after christmas for online so server maintainece will drop id expect but that would be the only reason id go to xbox is for server quality because you get what you pay for in that context
