I've been hearing a lot of gossip/speculation about a WaW2. I believe Treyarch will NOT make WaW2. But I don't think they will make Modern Warfare games either. I would like to see Treyarch and that supposed new brand make games based off of the Vietnam, Korean and Cold wars. That would be more option and variety instead of World War 2 over and over. Because, lets be honest, playing the same scenario over and over under a different alias is starting to feel like some meteocre low-budget movie. The Call Of Duty series needs a little spicing up in my opinion. What do you think of this idea?

I hope they break away from WWII but I will not like the Cold War at all because there was no conflict. Vietnam would be interesting but hard to pull of as that war was very political and had unusual moments.

I dissagree.... im not saying i think that they shouldnt make a game based on vietnam or those things but i dont think they should stop making WW2 games because they keep getting better if you know what i mean like better graphics different roles too ...... but maybe they dont want to make a game about a war we lost (vietnam) beacuse i havent really heard of any war games based on vietnam

Treyarch maybe be up to something.They did left the zombie story left off in no where.I fullly understand that Cod Waw has reached its limits but I fully think they will create a new game.It maybe a new zombie game or a new Cod game.I don´t know.Treyarch is one seriously kick ass company because of their ideas and stuff but all they think of is there money.In that they wont fail us.

At the end of the last mission (downfall?), the cutscene says "The war has been won in the west. It now needs to be one in the East" Or something close =D

I think by "the East" they mean the war between the Americans and the Japanese. Look at the last level in the American campaign, I believe the date is after the date for Downfall.

Edit: Yeah, I was right. The date for 'Breaking Point' (last level of American campaign) is 29th May 1945, whereas the date for 'Heart of the Reich' and 'Downfall' (last levels of Russian campaign) is 30th April 1945.

I believe that if there is a W@W2 it will focus more on the american side of things like a chapter book but rather in playable form..Similar to Nazi Zombies
