The Xbox Ambassador program is set up to help newcomers to Xbox Live, by definition :

Xbox Ambassadors are community members who have been around the block and are willing to show the new guys around. An Xbox Ambassador puts ’having a good experience with Xbox Live’ at the top of their ‘to-do’ list and they share/introduce those experiences to other members of Xbox Live.

Aww don't worry Minus. They did say they would be sending more emails out over the next few days. So maybe they sent out emails to the people who's names started with a letter at the beginning of the alphabet. That's why both me and Carbon got emails. In case you didn't notice, your name starts with an "M", which is in the middle of the alphabet. You may still have a chance! Very Happy
