If Treyarch made another game do you think they will go into Modern times or will they stay in the older times?

Or do you think they will make something else like zombies?

I think it should be in the 'Nam time. That would be pretty good, I don't think there has ever been a Vietnam game, not that I have ever known.

Well there is "Battle Field: Vietnam" I didn't really like it though.
Mainly because I had Vista so the in-game cross-hairs weren't there.

Zombies. I've said it a million times but they HAVE to. MW2 has been waaaaaaaay to popular and they could never top it's success with just a 'Nam game, they have to do something different like an entire game based around zombies. Make it span the whole Nazi Zombies period from the creation to the very end. It would be awesome.

The only reason they wouldn't make 'Nam would be b/c we lost that war. They have to make a new zombie or a future or modern war game to keep up with IW and other war game devs. I'd like to see a 'Nam game or a full zombie game. Keep the Modern times to IW. There are actually quiet a few Nam games out there, just none that have really made a huge name for itself.

Some of the Nam games I know of include:
- Shellshock: Nam67
- Shellshock 2: Blood Trails
- Conflict Vietnam
- Vietcong: Purple Haze

Although, none of these games are really great when it comes to graphics and gameplay. And really, I've only actually played Shellshock: Nam67 and that was pretty decent. I actually think Shellshock has the chance to become big with their plot ideas. They really show the true horrors of Nam with a few twists out of nowhere. Now if only they made an attempt at making the graphics half decent and more to do with gameplay.

But yeah, it would be interesting if Treyarch tried the Nam era of a change.

I think IW should be the only ones making modern war games and there are too many old time war games so Zombies should be the next!

There is always the Korean War, a lot of large scale battles took place in areas that could be good. The problem, imo, with Vietnam is that it was mostly small scale engagements which would be difficult to turn into the kind of battles like WaW. The story would need to focus on smaller scale special forces groups and snipers like Carlos Hathcock. For those who don't know who he is check out the link, all the things you see in movies with snipers were things he did in real life.

I kinda want another game in World War II, to be honest. It's a good base for a game, but some settings are really overused - for example, the D-Day scenario. I'd like to see some of the other battles that occurred during the war. Preferably smaller ones, or even Polish ones. I mean, the only game that gave the Polish fighters any mention was Call of Duty 3, and that was for two or three missions. A French Resistance based game could be interesting as well. Dropping in at the start as a British SOE agent and fleeing from the Germans would make an explosive impact on the game.

A strange idea I had for a Call of Duty game is a WWI game. You play as a British soldier who sees his brother executed by the country for cowardice or something and the game plays out with your character having lost faith in the war.

I know, odd ideas and likely not very good ones. I was thinking of putting more detail into them but then I decided against it due to the fact that I can't really come up with anything.

I suppose you could play across both the Korean and Vietnam war, nothing like a bit of verity. Hell we could even play as the same guy all the way for a change.

they should make another type of zombies NOT NAZI zombies. if they make a modern game they would use modern, if they acually did do a veitnam game they should use veitnam zombies
