A list of guns you can hope to see in COD7.

This website below is a list of some of the guns used by both sides during the Vietnam war and also pictures of the guns. I'm looking forward to seeing the m-16 witch made it's debut in Vietnam. While it wasn't very reliable back then, it is the main choice of weapon for today's war. So check them out and pick your favorites because these guns will most likely be in the new game.

they are missing the moisn nagant and the winchester rifle which were in the book marine sniper that i read which is a true story about a sniper in vietnam

a little off topic but yes, i read marine sniper too. he used an automatic .50 cal machine gun to snipe an enemy 2500 yards away.

I look forward to the mortar, which i think should be used as a luancher, like the thumper, not a killstreak. Vietnam guns are more a blend of WWII and modern guns, there are not really any "distinctive" weapon of that generation

Treyarch accidentally announced it and then Activision confirmed it. But the M-16A1 was actually quite reliable Jake. But I think that a couple of good guns would be the

.38 special,
Mat 49,
AK-47,
PPSh-41,
Car-15,
M-60,
M14 (depicted better than CoD4),
Simonov and
Type-56

It was tweeted from a guy who works for Treyarch,but then he deleted as soon as possible.This is the full story.It was leaked as being in production when David Kim, a senior animator at Treyarch, stated on a website "I am currently on my second title as a senior animator in the games industry with Activision / Treyarch on Call of Duty 7." The game is rumored to be set during the Vietnam War.Activision later confirmed that developer Treyarch was working on the next Call of Duty installment, set for release in Autumn of 2010.

I would like to see:the Saco Defence M60,Madsen M/50,Remington 11-48,M-40 sniper rifle,Stoner M63a Commando & Mark 23 Mod.0 and a lot more.I would also like to see different types of killstreaks such as:Agent Orange (a dioxin).In 1961 and 62 the Kennedy administration authorized the use of chemicals to destroy vegetation and food crops in South Vietnam.Between 1961 and 1967 the US Air Force sprayed 12 million US gallons of it.

Instead of a nuke,this chemical can replace it.
