Thinking about it, doesn't it look a little bit like a flying saucer with something coming out of the top? That would make much more sense in the context.

You know, it does a little bit, maybe that means that Shi No Numa was possibly being attacked before Dempsey, Nikolai and Takeo got there? It would explain the hanging man- a little bit, anyway- and it might also give reason to Dempsey, Nikolai and Takeo's coming to Shi No Numa in the first place.

That must be the storage hut. You can see the little poles with lights and the trees behind it, as well as nikolai crouching in a corner, raped to death by zombies.
But, yeah, it does look like storage. And I know b/c my camping spot is solo is right there, next to the entrance to storage.

Not necessarily... MAYBE Richtofen was working on the DG-2 in SNN, but he came back to Der Riese to find Dr. Maxis and Edward (providing Edward isn't Richtofen). He finds them dead and Dempsey, Nikolai and Takeo arrive, and they team up to fight the zombies. Maybe then they see the photo of SNN being invaded by zombies and cos Richtofen knows the place, he takes them there.

What I'm saying is, there is still no way of telling if SNN is before or after DR. The only thing we do know about the timeline is that Verruckt is before Shi No Numa. Maybe Verruckt and Der Riese happened at the same time? Anyone considered that? I mean there aren't the same characters and also who's to say all of the power in Berlin didn't shut down at the same time, causing power failures in Verruckt and Der Riese? This is all ideas people, keep adding

Agreed though Dempsy's line about the power needing to be turned on could suggest he was one of the American soldiers in verruckt.

That's what I reckon, from the trailer anyway. I was just agreeing we can't be certian.

What about Dempsey's quote "I think Richtofen knows more about this than he says...."
And Richtofen's "It's still here- I mean, what could this big machine be?"
Richtofen has definitely been to DR before.
