Is is just me or whenever I kill someone at Mw2 a lot of money flies in the air.I kill someone and I see blood but also I see money flying out of his body.Those these really mean something or is it another thing IW added it onto the game?

Not sure but the soldiers in this game are rich! Like $1,000 comes out of them when you kill them

when you get the "payback" challenge, money comes out of the enemy you killed.

You get payback when you kill the guy who killed you

it was also in mw 1 and its been in the 2nd one i think it represents
all the money we waste on 1 soldier with all his gear just to have him die so easyly

Or maybe it symbolises the amount of cash Infinity Ward have made off this game?

Seriously though, I always did wonder what was up with that money. I like Snowyman13's answer best.
