Well hi guys and babes.Here in Puerto Rico we celebrate the 3 kings day in order to remeber the 3 kings who gave Jesus presents.Its familiar to Christmas but you give your child only 1 present.My parents were so cool that they baught me Paintball Guns with paint balls.I am having so much fun with them although they hurt a little(LoL).This topic was meant so I can show you some of the Puerto Rican traditions.Do you guys celebrate the 3 kings day?Do you celebrate something similar to it?

i have never heard of 3 kings day to be completely honest - but thank you very much.

a few years back ( Before the recession ) my family use 2 go to tenerife most christmass. On the 6th of january there they celbrate something similair called little christmas. A Huge parade would march through, and they would throw little presents to the children eg little toy cars etc.

Is this something like that?

Hmm very different.In Puerto Rico the children go get a shoe box and filled it with grass(For the Camels).You got to stay all night sleeping until tommorow and you get your present.Exactly what you said,it could be like a little Christmas.

I learned about this today in Spanish class

I have this day marked on my calender at work. I thought that they just made up most there holidays. I'm glad to see some may be real.

I'm Puerto Rican but I don't celebrate it :/
