We are now opening the application process to become a CoDz Moderator. The process will include...

1. Aptitude Test
2. Submit a resume
3. Written Essay
4. Interview
5. Trial Period
6. Modship!

The process will end Dec 1st.

You can take the test at the bottom of this post. Please use your member name so we can see who did what. If this system is abused or mis-used the process will end for that person. This is a serious thing, and I expect everyone to take it as such.

* Written Essay-

For this I ask that you type out in 1,000 words and answer this question

Why do you want to be a CoDz Moderator?

*Interview/application/resume-

This will just be a quick session in an off-site chat to answer some quick questions. Current mod presence at this portion has yet to be determined.

For the application/resume, just some things you like to do, hobbies, qualifications, notable events or awards, just so i can get to know you better.


*Trial period-

The trial period is for one or two selected mods to given mod powers and watched for a week to see how they work out. After this is over...

A mod will be chosen via voting done by the admin and the moderators.

if the choice is close, we will ask the community to vote on one of the two final choices.

Just to clarify at the end of this, only 1 mod will be chosen, maybe 2.

If you have any ad-blockers like NoScript for Mozilla or an anti-virus, try disabling it and then using it.

As for the essay, are there any basic structure requirements? Or is it a free-for-all-whoever-writes-best?
