A reoccurring number sequence that can be found 19382406 9:21 We have deduced that it can be broken down into 1938 24 06 9:21
June 24th, 1938 - a meteorite fell in the vicinity of Chicora. Named the "Chicora Meteor", the 450+ ton meteorite exploded approximately twelve miles above the Earth's surface. There are rumors this caused a zombie outbreak.
9:21 Could be the time of the meteor incident or it could also be referring to what we believe is a bible passage,
Jeremiah 9:21 For death is come up into our windows, and is entered into our palaces, to cut off the children from without, and the young men from the streets.
Or
Romans 9:21 (could be used as a scientific perspective of creation) A potter has the right to do what he wants to with his clay, doesn't he? He can make something for a special occasion or something for ordinary use from the same lump of clay.

Also on the walls of Verruckt there is 7* circle w/ a + in the middle and another 7. Seven may refer to perfection and the circle referring to the earth being divided into four sections? 4 counties, 4 characters?
We found the numbers 1942 11 3. If you put this as a date, you will find that Hitler made a statement on that day, "Your enemy, despite his superiority, must also be at the end of his strength. It would not be the first time in history that a strong will has triumphed over the big battalions. As to your troops, you can show them no other road than that to victory or death."

On the walls in Verruckt you will find a passage, this is what we have so far, it is not complete… "If within the warming world showered full and sullen tide - from the panes tomorrow fish - laps be the weary - curbside sun."
Lastly to transition onto Shi No Numa, we found a corner on Verruckt with a strange image, possibly the devil, we also found this image on the binding of a book in the Doctor’s Quarters on Shi No Numa, pictures can be found here…

**All of this information has been gathered and discussed by many people. These are all theories and we cannot draw any real solid conclusions yet. There is definitely more to the story than we know about. This thread is open to any new discoveries and discussions about the information gathered thus far.

Well with this information we can create parts of the message. The first symbol meaning venus could be a reference to outer space/aliens. The second could very well be a cross, but it is also a symbol for electricity and alchemists as a symbol for the 4 elements, which could be connected to element 115. The next symbol on top of the line means self and the line below means direct current, however i feel the symbol is suppose to be http://www.symbols.com/pics/small/16/1658.gif which means transformation of self referring to the transformation of the zombies. The ninth symbol means keep/persevere which could be referring to the giant or the bell in the Shi No Numa transmission. As for the other symbols we have the first symbol which has to do with outer space, the moon in particular. The second one doesn't really look like the symbol on the wall however the symbol has connections to astronomy so it could be correct. The last sign is the sign for the realgar, a compound of sulphur and arsenic.
I don't know I still feel it is a demon, I am not sure if it connects to the book tho I saw the book on the map Outskirts on a bookshelf. It might just be an object they use in the maps. But this corner is definitely an image, there is no doubt in my mind, I suggest you check this out for yourself if you movie and pictures were not enough evidence.

Rev. 9:21 "Neither repented they of their murders, nor their sorceries, nor their forncations, nor their thefts"
this could be a reference to the kinds of people that were being experimented on in the asylum. Nazis were always known to treat the dregs of society very badly.
That or it may be an insight as to why the Chicora Meteor landed where it did. any thoughts on this?
Can anyone translate what the warning sign says? I was able to get some off the picture, and it amounts to
unattended kids order go around at the circus
I got some of it in a translater but the earth i couldn't get the rest of the letters

Does anyone have a clearer picture of that warning sign? Couldn't make a whole lot out of it but this is my interpretation ..... the sign reads .... "Unbeaufsichtigte Kinder werden umgeht an den Zirkus verkauft". Roughly translated ..... "Unattended children will be sold to the circus"??? Doesn't make a lot of sense to me.
The fact that Nikolai's character says something about his daughter used to love that teddy may have something to do with this sign.

also, maybe the german government was stealing children to experiment on. though really, why would there be any unattended children in an asylum to begin with?!
why would your arm be ripped off from turning on the power in verruckt, if when the marines get there the power is off... did the arm get ripped off turning the power off?
I'm baffled with this conundrum.
I mean why would they leave an arm there, it must have been the last person before the marines arrived.
This reminds me of that poster in the main building that says
"the arm is attached to the body by the shoulder. sometimes u can even rip the arm off the body with enough force"
Hey Carbon... My friend came up with something. Maybe it IS Peter's Arm.... He was originally left at the Asylum and tried to turn the power on... But the zombies tore his arm off ( my friend said he saw that on the Walls of Verruckt, he saw a drawing of a Zombie biting some guys arm off).. and then he became infected with the " ZOMBIE DISEASE", and he went to Shi No Numa.. But then he started going crazy from the disease and hung himself......
Also, any one notice that when you get downed on Verruckt a zombie may do the Moonwalk???
i think it was peter who pulled the switch to turn the power off. I think he thought someone has come to sabotage his experiments when the marines arrive and turns off the power then escapes?
Verruckt is the only zombie map that gives a date (Sept 1945) and a true location (Berlin, Germany). of course, at this time Berlin was in shambles from allied bombing, and war in europe had ceased almost 4 months earlier. so obviously the main zombie outbreak happens after the german surrender. it never says WHEN shi no numa actaully happens. I'm beginning to think that verruckt takes place at roughly the same time as shi-no numa, due to the call that you can hear in shi-no-numa that sounds like it is from verruckt with the gun shots in the back ground. i also think that the marines happen to stumble on verruckt AFTER the transmission to peter in shi no numa. any thoughts on this?

Umm, anyone notice that the transmission to Peter says " WE FAILED TO CONTAIN THE ASYLUM"..
So maybe the person who made the transmission ( We need to figure out who this is) knew that the Marines failed to contain the asylum.... and maybe in Verruckt there's a radio there... that made the transmission to Shi No Numa.... And the Marines were still at Verruckt and were being swamped ( after the Mystery Man transmission was made)...
We should look around Verruckt for a possible Easter Egg...
